  1. Salmon
  2. - Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (175 degrees C)
  3. - Line a baking dish with aluminium foil
  4. - Use olive oil to lightly grease the foil
  5. - Place salmon fillet with skin side down on foil
  6. - Season salmon with black pepper and salt
  7. - Place 2 lemon slices on each salmon fillet
  8. - Put 2 squares of butter on each salmon fillet
  9. - Cover the basking dish with foil
  10. - Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes
  11. - After 15 min take off the foil and turn on the broiler
  12. - Let the salmon broil for 5 minutes
  13. Cream Sauce
  14. - In a bowl mix together stir sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped onion, lemon juice, garlic and black pepper - Serve with the salmon.
