  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. On large plate add the first 8 ingredients. Stir to combine thoroughly.
  3. Place the flour in a second plate. Season with salt and cracked black pepper, stir to combine.
  4. To a wide bowl add eggs. Whisk until the eggs are frothy.
  5. Dredge the breasts in the flour, shaking off all excess. Dip the lightly floured breasts into the eggs coating both sides.
  6. Next, press each of the breasts into the cheezit-herb mixture, making sure all sides are thoroughly coated.
  7. Place the Cheezit encrusted breasts onto a oiled sheet pan.
  8. Place the pan into a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake for about 30 minutes or until just cooked through.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
