  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet on high. Sear cubed sirloin until brown on all sides.
  3. Mix corn starch into light cream in separate bowl until smooth and free of lumps
  4. Add pesto sauce to pan with sirloin, then slowly stir in cream/corn starch mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste
  5. Toss hot pasta into the sauce mixture. Serve immediately.
