  1. Place pork in crock pot.
  2. Pour liquid smoke into 1/2 cup measuring cup fill with vinegar to make 1/2 cup total
  3. Pour all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low 6-7 hours
  4. Take two forks and pull meat apart removing any bones and fat if not trimmed
  5. Cook on high with lid removed to get rid of excess liquid
  6. Eat on sandwich roll. Add BBQ sauce if desired.
