  1. Mix dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt)
  2. In a separate bowl mix wet ingredients (sugar, eggs, milk, oil)
  3. Combine ingredients and do not over mix.
  4. Fill Muffin cups 1/4 the way
  5. Add generous pinch of brown sugar to each muffin and then sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Cover mixture with batter filling each muffin to about 2/3 full.
  7. Make for 15 minutes in a 350 degree oven
