  1. 1. Dice onion, celery and mushrooms (leaving mushrooms rather chunky)
  2. 2. Saute mushrooms, defrosted peas, onion and celery.
  3. 3. Bring to boil stock, water and mixed in onion soup mix. (add the sherry now if you like)
  4. 4. Add in the mushroom saute.
  5. 5. Let simmer for about 10 min.
  6. Enjoy!
