  1. Make dressing in a small bowl by combining the vinegar, shallot, coriander, mustard, honey, lime rind and juice, ginger root, salt, pepper and oil. Whisk well. Make salad by combining in a salad bowl the arugula, chervil, celery and almonds. Add 1/4 cup of the dressing and toss well to coat. Serve at once.
