  1. Dice hard boiled egs and onions in food processor separtely. Dont over chop eggs. Then Stir in 2/3 can of Cream of Celery soup and add salt. Add some bread crumbs to mixture to firm mixture. Take mixture and create 8 croquettes balls. Chill croquette balls for 3 hours or more.
  2. To bread croquettes, Take the 2 raw eggs and mix in bowl with a little milk and a pich of salt.
  3. Dip croquette into egg mixture then roll into bread crumbs. Repeat breading one more time. Shape croquettes as you bread them.
  4. Chill again before cooking.
  5. Fry croquettes in oil at 350 degress till golden brown
