  1. In a large deep skillet, cook turkey and onion until turkey is no longer pink and onion is translucent.
  2. Add curry paste, ginger and garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken broth, yogurt, raisins, peas and salt. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in mango chutney and cook 5 minutes, or until thickened.
