  1. Combine Tomato sauce, 2 t oregano, 1 t basil, red pepper, & salt in medium bowl.
  2. Cook sausage in large skillet until no longer pink. Drain. Combine sausage, onion, cheese, garlic, parsley, mozzarella remaining oregano and basil in medium bowl.
  3. Pound flank steak until steak is ¼ to 1/8 thick. Cut steak into 3 in strips.
  4. Spoon sausage onto each steak strip, roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place in slow cooker. Pour tomato sauce mix over meat, cover, and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. Prior to serving, cook pasta in seperate bowl, approx 7 min. Drain, add Oil to pasta to prevent sticking, and serve.
