"This is an easy base recipe. Try mixing the peppers from green, red and yellow. I will color code the pepper with the spice and add crushed red peppers, adobe chipotle peppers, serano peppers fopr large parties."

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Cut Bell peppers in half and discard seeds. Place peppers in shallow 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Cook beef in large skillet for 5 minutes or until browned. Drain. In large bowl add beef, spaghetti sauce, 2/3 cup French onions, red pepper, garlic, oregano, rice, olive, mushrooms & 1/2 cup of mozz cheese. Spoon into peppers.
  3. Cover and bake for 35 minutes or until peppers are tender. Remove cover, sprinkle cheese and reaming onions. Bake until onions are golden.
