  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Form into 12 large meatballs. Roll in 1/4 c. flour.
  3. Add 2 Tbsp butter or margarine to a skillet. Brown meatballs.
  4. Pour meatballs into casserole dish.
  5. Mix remaining flour with tomato juice. Cook until gravy-like consistency. Pour over meatballs.
  6. Add chopped vegetables.
  7. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
