  1. Line a 9"x4" pan with waxed paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in double boiler over hot water.
  3. Add the marshmallows and nuts to melted chocolate. Stir until marshmallows have melted and are fully incorporated.
  4. Add cereal. Mix well.
  5. Pack the mixture into prepared pan. Chill until firm.
  6. Remove from pan. Peel off paper and cut into bars.
