  1. Add chicken broth to crockpot then shredded chicken then all other ingredients. stir well and cook in crockpot 4-6 hours on low or 2-4 hours on high. ( It is best on low and slow )
  2. Cut flour or corn tortillas in to strips and bake in an 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes til lightly golden brown. Break strips in to each bowl and garnish with any additional toppings you prefer. Fresh cilantro; shredded cheese; black olives; sour cream etc.
