  1. in large stock pot (at least 8 qt.) pour olive oil, garlic, onion, and pork chops.cook on med high heat until chops are browned on both sides and reduce heat to medium. add tomatoes,red and green peppers,mushrooms,basil and oregano.cut sausages in half and brown in seperate skillet.drain sausage and add with pepperoni to gravy. reduce heat to low and simmer 4-6 hours(the longer the better).stir every 1/2 hr for the first 2 hrs then every 15 min after. use spoon to break up pork chops towards the end of cooking time.
