First, mix Part 1 ingredients and set aside. Then, heat cooking oil in skillet on medium-high heat and add onions and rice. Cook until rice is golden brown (about 3-5 minutes). Pour Part 1 ingredient mixture in and stir. Heat to boiling, cover, reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes (depending on how your stove cooks and when water is gone) Last, fluff with fork and let sit for 5 minutes uncovered.
