  1. Clean the meat and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pressure cooker and put oil in to it
  3. Sauté the chopped onions just to get the pinkish colour
  4. Add turmeric powder and ground pepper
  5. Add the green chilli (optional)
  6. Add meat and mix well
  7. Add salt and sauté it for 2 minutes roughly
  8. Add water and close the lid
  9. After the first whistle reduce the flame and cook for more 15 minutes.Then turnoff the gas
  10. Wait until the pressure goes out....taste for salt and if u want to make it dry u can cook it on high flame without the lead to get the desired thickness of the gravy.
