  1. 1. butter a circular form, 26cm in diameter.
  2. 2. Whip egg and sugar together
  3. 3. mix flour, potato flour and baking powder together.
  4. 4. Add powder mix to egg and sugar. Mix together until all is mixed. Do not over mix.
  5. 5.Bake in bottom of oven for about 40 minutes.
  6. 6. When completely cooled, divide cake into 3 layers. Moisten bottom layer with sugar water or juice.
  7. 7.Fill bottom layer with whipping cream and fruit or jam.
  8. 8.Put middle layer on top and moisten it. Add rest of filling onto it. Put last layer on top.
  9. 9. Cover and decorate with whipping cream and fruit.
