"This southwestern take on traditional red beans & rice can be made with the Jalapeno or Mango Adobo chicken sausages. It can also be used in a seven layer dip or as a burrito filling."

  1. Rinse black beans and set aside. Saute garlic & onions in oil, salt & pepper to release flavor. Add red & yellow pepper, and cook until onions are translucent. Add black beans, green onions & al fresco Jalapeno Chicken Sausage to pan. Add water and simmer & stir for 20-30 minutes until a slight gravy has formed. Serve of yellow rice & sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
