"This goes great with "Chocolate Bars - Hard - Sugar Free". I like to put the chocolate in a pan. Let it cool a bit (but not too long because it won't stick then) and then add the filling. Let it cool again and finally add the hard chocolate over top."

  1. In a double boiler, combine shredded coconut, coconut oil and stevia
  2. Melt and stir until smooth (don't cook the coconut!)
  3. Pour in storage container
  4. Freeze or Refrigerate for 10 minutes or more to harden
  5. Store in Refrigerator
