  1. Marinate brisket with seasonings, smoke and mosquite overnight in turkey bag. Next day, drain liquid. Line cookie sheet with foil. Pour barbeque sauce over brisket and cover with foil, making sure to tightly crimp to create a seal. Bake 4 hours on 350°. Add more barbeque sauce. Lower oven temp to 250° and bake 2 more hours.
