  1. On a baking sheet and rack cook 1lb of bacon, at 350F in oven, Or pan fry.
  2. In a Large fry pan brown hamburger, Remove and set aside.
  3. Pour off all the hamburger grease
  4. Add two tablespoons of bacon grease (Or Olive Oil) to the fry pan then Add rice, and chopped onion. Brown the rice and Onion.
  5. Add Green peppers, Jalapeno Pepper, tomatoes, water, Cooked Hamburger, Chili-Powder, Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Worcestershire sauce.
  6. Cover Simmer for 35 To 40 minutes
  7. Dish, And sprinkle top with bacon, and parsley or cilantro.
