  1. 1. Mix all ingredients (except additional 2 tablespoons of chili sauce) in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. 2. Form into loaf in baking dish (may coat with pan with spray or small amount of olive oil, though usually not necessary).
  3. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and glaze with reserved 2 tablespoons chili sauce. Return to oven and cook additional 5-10 minutes. Serve warm.
