  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch pan. Combine sugar, flour salt, soda baking powder and spices and set aside. Beat eggs and salad oil until creamy. Add fruit and dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover with topping mix and bake for 30 to 35 min or until knife stuck in the center comes out clean.
