  1. Cook chicken. Preheat oven to 350. Combine soups and sour cream. Mix crushed crackers with poppy seed and melted butter. Cover bottom of pan with half of the cracker mixture. Spread chicken mixture and top with remaining cracker mixture. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
