  1. Heat oven to 400*
  2. While waiting for noodle water to boil....
  3. Melt butter in large pan on medium heat.
  4. Add flour and stir till well blended.
  5. Add milk stirring constantly until thickened.
  6. Add Salt & Pepper.
  7. Add cheese stirring until chunks melted and creamy.
  8. Turn off heat.
  9. Cook noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes. (noodles will still be hard but will finish cooking later in oven)
  10. Add them to the cheese sauce.
  11. Pour all into lightly buttered glass casserole dish.
  12. Bake until browned on top. (about 20 minutes or so)
