  1. Season chicken and saute in olive oil/butter both sides until brown, about 5 minutes
  2. Remove from heat
  3. Add onion, saute until soft
  4. Add garlic and ginger, saute for 1 minute until fragrant
  5. Add bbq sauce, soy sauce and water (I mixed in a bowl first)
  6. Bring to slow simmer, add frozen okra cover and cook for 5-8 minutes
  7. Add back chicken breast-slice into pieces if desired. Cook fully through uncovered.
