"Siu Mai are pork dumplings traditionally served at Dim Sum restaurants. This recipe takes out the wheat flour based wrapper to make it gluten free."

  1. In a large mixing bowl add all the ingredients and mix thoroughly. You can use a stand mixer with the beater attachment to save time. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare your steamer by lining a bamboo steamer with lettuce or cabbage leaves, or if you're using a metal steamer, spray lightly with cooking spray. After the 30 minutes remove mixture from fridge and form into 1 or 1 1/2 " balls. Place in steamer and cook for 10 minutes. Remove and serve immediately.
