  1. In skillet, over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add
  2. chicken and cook until browned. Set chicken
  3. aside. Pour off fat.
  4. Add soup, water, chili powder. Heat to a boil. Stir in rice. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and additional chili powder. Cover and cook over low heat for 5
  5. minutes.
  6. Stir and serve with additional cheese on top.
