  1. 1. Combine all ingredients except for tea in a blender. After placing all the other ingredients in the blender, pour at least 1/2 cup tea on top, adding more if you prefer a thinner smoothie.
  2. 2. Blend ingredients together at high speed until mixture is smooth. Stop the blender and mix with a wooden spoon to redistribute the ingredients, if necessary.
  3. 3. Serve immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one day.
