  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
  2. Add pork tenderloin and marinate for approximately 4 hours.
  3. Heat peanut oil in a large wok on medium high heat
  4. Add carrots and green onions and stir fry for about 5 minutes
  5. Add pork and stir fry until pork is no longer pink
  6. Add stir fried vegetables and heat thoroughly
  7. Mix sauce ingredients and add to pork and vegetables and stir fry until slightly thick about 5 minutes
