Rub meat completely with the liquid smoke. Place fat side up in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle top with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cover tightly and bake 4 hours at 325 degrees F. Remove from oven. Uncover and scrape off all seasoning and fat layer on top. Slice thinly across the grain and serve with your favorite barbeque sauce.
