  1. Boil chicken in water that partially covers the chicken until water almost completely evaporates and chicken is cooked. Cut chicken into smaller pieces (optional)
  2. Chop one onion and one whole garlic into small pieces.
  3. Saute the onions in olive oil and then add the garlic and saute as well. Add a dash of pepper.
  4. Mix in the chicken into the onion and garlic mixture(there should be little stew left from the boiled chicken). Add salt. Add the white sauce recipe and mix for 5 minutes.
