  1. Heat oil in pan,add mustard seeds.As they crackle,add onions and green chillies.Fry for a minute,add turmeric and red chilli powder.Add tomatoes and fry till they are soft.Add finely cut methi leaves.Cover the pan and cook the leaves till they are soft.Add preboiled beans,salt and sugar.Cook till done.
  2. Serve hot with roti or paratha.Garnish with tomato rings and green coriander.
