  1. Heat a skillet to medium heat and place the seeds in the skillet. Pour the oil over the seeds and stir intermittently watching none of the seeds get too brown. Seeds are done when many of them have a golden toasty appearance. Salt to taste when done. Cool and store in an airtight container.
