  1. 1. add sugar and yeast to a 1/2 cup of warm water and let proof.

  3. 2. In a Kitchen-aid mixer add two flours and olive oil and yeast mixer beast with dough hook ,add warm water and beat untill dough forms the a ball,remove and cover till it doublein size (2 HOURS),then cut the duogh in 4 and shape it in bread shape .

  5. Place in bread in a pan and let it rise for 1 1/2 hour.
  6. Preheated oven 350 degrees bake for 45 minutes or util golden brown
  7. enjoy
