Combine oats, oat bran, salt and 2 1/4 cups water in saucepan over medium high heat until simmering. Reduce heat to low and cook stiring until mixture thickens and water is absorbed about 3 min. Remove from heat and let sit 2 min.
Divide between 2 bowls. Whisk almond milk and protein powder and pour over cereal. Top with mango, flaxseed, cashews and coconut.
