Easier Marshmallow fondant

"I've used other marshmallow fondant recipes with more ingredients and found them sticky, hard to use and filled with air bubbles. Three ingredients are all you actually need to produce marshmallow fondant that works the way real store bought fondant does. It tastes better than store bought but lets be frank no one covers cake in marshmallow or regular fondant for taste. My kids love to eat it but is purely decorative for us grown ups."

  1. Place in a microwave safe bowl and add the water. Put in the microwave for about 60 seconds stirring after 30 seconds. Microwave long enough for them to soften and puff up. ***Microwaves times vary so please adjust to your own microwave. Take out and stir with a spoon until it is combined well and looks like soup. Add the sugar and mix and fold until all is incorporated and it is no longer sticky. You can also use a stand up mixer with your dough hook attachment to combine. Remove from bowl when most of the sugar is incorporated and I knead by hand for 5-7 minutes.
