Original recipe yields 6 servings

  1. Remove membrane from the boy side of the ribs
  2. Trim excess fat
  3. Wash meat and pat dry
  4. Place ribs in roasting pan lined with sprayed-with-oil aluminum foil
  5. Mix all liquids (1-5 above)and heat mixture in microwave 1 minute to melt butter
  6. Drench ribs in mixture
  7. Sprinkle ribs with lemon pepper, BBQ spice, garlic powder, onion powder and Cajun spice to taste
  8. Cover and seal with aluminum foil
  9. Let ribs marinate overnight in the regrigerator
  10. Heat oven to 325
  11. Bake 3.5-4.5 hours covered and sealed in aluminum foil
  12. Check for doneness at 3.5 hours
  13. Add additional Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce to the ribs
  14. Cook 1 more hour with sauce and without the foil covering meat
  15. Check 30 minutes later for doneness
  16. Remove ribs and serve
