  1. Mix baking mix with water and butter and pat or roll into a deeper 9" pie dish or tart dish. Pre-bake in 350F oven for 10-15 mins. until lightly browned. Sprinkle in softened onions. Mix cheeses together and sprinkle half on onions. Layer tomato slices, sprinkle with Lemon Pepper, garlic powder and minced fresh basil and parsley. Mix remaining cheese with mayonnaise and sour cream and spread over the tomato and herbs. Bake in 350F for 30-45 mins, until the top is browned and bubbly. Let sit 10 mins. before serving.
