  1. In wok or sauté pan add olive oil and cook meat until done.
  2. Add veggies and seasonings to meat, allow to cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add tomatoes and juice, sausage and chicken stock along with wine.
  4. Simmer on low for about an hour or two.
  5. In stockpot cook pasta until al dente.
  6. Place salt and olive oil in water while the water boils and then add pasta and cook.
  7. Drain pasta of all water and add to meat sauce.
  8. Fold pasta into meat sauce and top with Parmesan cheese.
