Slow Cooker Pulled Pork


"I threw this together one day when the family was craving BBQ, but we didn't want to spend the day tending the grill. After giving it to my son, his 4 kids demanded it 3 times in one week! As for me, I like it better without the bun. Why fill up on bun when you've got all that tasty pork?"

  1. 1. Cut each tenderloin into 3-4 large chunks and rub each with the rub until well-coated. Place in slow cooker.
  2. 2. Add BBQ sauce, water and liquid smoke, set temp. to low and cook for 5-6 hours, until pork shreds easily.
  3. 3. Using tongs or a pair of forks, shred meat and toss to combine with pan juices. Add more sauce if desired. Serve on toasted buns with coleslaw.
