  1. Mix ingredients in order given. Stir in raisins (or walnuts).
  2. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to create monster cookie size (if adjusting size of cookie, you will need to adjust bake time as well).
  3. Bake for 20 mins, or until edges are just browning.
