  1. Mix garlic, olive oil, basil, salt and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add fish and coat in marinade.
  3. Cover and put in fridge, re-coat fish every 20 minutes for one hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  5. Place alluminum foil in baking pan, insert fish with marinade in foil and seal.
  6. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes depending of the fish.
