  1. Preheat oven to 350 deg.
  2. In a large skillet, brown bulk sausage until no longer pink, breaking up chunks into small crumbles. Remove from pan to cool on paper towels to soak up extra grease.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cheese, 1 egg, parmesan and the cooled sausage crumbles. Mix well.
  4. On a large cookie sheet, roll out dough to a 10"x14" rectangle. Spread surface of dough with filling to within 1 inch of each side. Roll up dough from the long edge to make a long roll, then pull ends together and pinch into a ring shape.
  5. Separate remaining egg and brush top of loaf with egg yolk. Bake ring for 1 hour, or until dark golden brown. Let cool 15 minutes before slicing into pieces to serve. Enjoy!!
