"My mom made these every Halloween when I was a kid and you could still give this out as a treat. It still is a treat as a moist and chewy fall snack. You can make into balls or leave loose and serve like carmel corn if you prefer."
Pop corn by method of choice and set aside. Remove the unpopped kernels. In a large sauce pan combine corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter. Stirring occasionaly, cook on medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth. Pour over popcorn. Toss until well coated. With buttered hands work quickly to form into 16 or so balls or line a baking sheet with waxed paper and spread out to dry.
