  1. Brown ground beef and drain off any excess fat. Combine all remaining ingredients, stir together thoroughly and simmer on low heat, covered for 40 minutes. Serve on top of layered lettuce, chopped tomatoes, tostada chips, sour cream and shredded cheddar.
