Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Mix together cooled ground beef, soup mix, Worcestershire, pepper and 3/4 c shredded Cheddar cheese. Unroll crescent rolls and divide into 8 triangles. Gather up about 1 T of meat mixture and compress as best you can and deposit at largest end of triangle. Gather up edges and roll into a bundle, sealing edges as you go. Repeat with remaining triangles. Place on baking sheet covered in parchment. Beat egg together with water and brush over completed bundles. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake 10-15 minutes.
