Set up 2 bowls and a plate. Mix milk and eggs in one bowl, and, in second bowl, blend the flour, paprika, salt free seasoning, 1 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper and garlic. Plate at the end to receive the coated meat.
Work with on piece of meat at a time. Sprinkle both sides with pepper and garlic, place in the flour mix, coat both sides, move to wet mix, coat both sides, return to dry mix coat both sides and place on the plate, continue until all meat is coated.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, Add butter. Drop in prinkles of flour to make sure its sufficiently hot, the butter should sizzle instantly when you drop the flour, it should not brown right away though. Reduce the heat if it does.
