  1. Dissolve jello in 2 cups of hot orange juice.
  2. Add remaining 1 3/4 cups of cold orange juice.
  3. When partially set in the fridge, add drained fruit and pour into 1 large mould or small individual serving moulds.
  4. Place in refrigerator to set.
  5. When ready to serve, gently dip metal mould into hot water for a few seconds being careful not to wet jellied salad. Turn upside down onto serving plates or platter.
  6. Can be served on lettuce and/or with whipping cream garnish
